Maressa Voss

Maressa holds a degree in Classics with an emphasis in Language and Literature from UCSB. She lives in California with her husband and son.

Her debut fantasy novel, When Shadows Grow Tall, was published in August 2024 with Roundfire Books, an imprint of Collective Ink. She has short fiction in Trollbreath Magazine (December 2024 and September 2025) and Moonday Magazine (October 2025).

She is currently working on "writing what she knows" with a speculative novel set in a near-future Southern California.
